In order to ensure the safety and comfort of all Project WHEELS participants, the following rules of operation will be observed at all times:

1. Reservations must be made 24 hours in advance through a participating agency. Those without a reservation will not be allowed on the vehicle.
2. The vehicle doesn't move until all seat belts are fastened.
3. No food.
4. No drinks.
5. No tobacco of any kind.
6. No children under the age of 10.
7. No pets.  (Service dogs are allowed.)
8. No unscheduled stops.
9. Maximum reservations per loop: 5

The Project WHEELS vehicle driver has the authority to require any participants who do not comply with these rules to exit the vehicle upon request.
